My official permission to leave the Jesuits - with translation
Promotion to Senior Probation Officer Report. My application for promotion came after what appeared a successful period doing group work with delinquents.I was successful, but promotion heralded the beginning of the "end"- or perhaps the beginning of the beginning.
Testimonial from the Head Teacher of Geoffrey Chaucer Secondary School, Southwark, London. I tried to be a militant gay at work but was prevented because the Head Teacher said he could not "guarantee my safety"! Rumour had it that he was also gay.
"Shows promise, but could do better" - this Teachers Training report seems to echo most of my school reports from 1942 onwards!
Teacher Observation report on me by the Director of Studies, British Centre, Casablanca. It has to be pointed out the school is neither British (it's French) nor a Centre. I think it is supposed to be confused with the British Council.
This letter to me from the administrator of the "British Centre" is my favourite. For me, authority has to earn respect and must not expect to be given it blindly.

My e-mail address for any feedback is: aroumi@casanet.net.ma and I look forward to hearing from you.
